11.1 A withdrawal request can be made by the member once they have accumulated a minimum 100 Rs balance in their account.

11.6 The company reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal request if the member's account is under investigation for any violation of the company's policies or terms and conditions.
11.7 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the withdrawal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Techno Tycoon.
